At Eden Rooftop, dining is only the beginning. Perched above Sint Maarten, we bring together handcrafted pizzas, soulful pastas and Caribbean-inspired tapas — from our Haitian-style Fritay Pizza to slow-braised oxtail and island conch fritters. We're open Tuesday to Sunday, 7:30 PM to 12:30 AM. We're closed on Mondays.

2. Do I need a reservation?

Walk-ins are welcome, but we recommend booking ahead — especially on weekends and event nights, when the rooftop fills up fast. You can book through our reservations page or message us directly on WhatsApp at +1 721-580-7977.
